My daughter's reception was held at the Intercontinental in Cleveland on October 21, 2023. The event was flawless. I cannot thank Melissa Fleming and her team for all of the support provided. The room was beautiful, the food delicious and served hot. The staff was there every minute to make sure all of our needs, especially those of the bride and grooms were met.I would not hesitate recommending the venue to anyone. We held events there on Friday - Sunday. Friday we held a Welcome Reception for our guests in the Falcon Room. Saturday the reception was fantastic, only to be followed by an After Party once again in the Falcon Room. Sunday we held a brunch to say farewell to our out of town guests. No issues with any of the events and we had a consistent staff with us throughout the weekend. We toured many venues in Cleveland and we are so pleased to have decided to hold the event at the Intercontinental.

Not only is it a gorgeous venue, with beautiful chandeliers in the main ballroom, it has many other smaller rooms that can be used in whatever way needed (storage, changing stations, gathering spaces) that are all conveniently near the main ballroom. All the other parts of the hotel are beautiful as well, I felt impressed from the moment I stepped in, from the lobby to the staircase and beyond. Having our wedding at the InterContinental was hands down the best decision we've ever made! Melissa and her team made everything an absolute breeze, from our first meeting & menu tasting all the way to the big day. Our food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal, and the chef was able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies. We are still receiving compliments and raving reviews from guests to this day! Throughout the weekend, Melissa helped communicate with our vendors and we were truly able to just sit back, relax, and enjoy our wedding day.

We used the IC Cleveland as our wedding reception venue and it was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still talking about how amazing of a night it was (8 months later). The food was delicious, staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the whole event was super organized thanks to their amazing event coordinator, Melissa. "Talk about a FAIRY TALE WEDDING! Everything a bride could ask for, elegance, classic, gorgeous, the InterContinental Hotel provided. The Ballroom is covered with beautiful chandeliers, and that makes for gorgeous pictures. The white-gloved butlers and staff make it seem like a princess's fairy tale come true. The food...oh my, the food! Tastings and walk-throughs were FUN, easy, and painless. Every one of our guests is still saying it was the best wedding they've been to! We LOVED our perfect day!
